Haydn has worked for some of the most successful agencies in the world including Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB, McCann, and Y&R; he has won every major creative award, and has been recognised in creative annuals in the UK, Italy, Australia, Japan, Germany, and most recently in the US.
He has been instrumental in new business wins spanning FMCG to Aviation and played a key role in at least two agencies achieving 'Agency of the Year' status.
He has spent the last 15 years at Dentsu mcgarrybowen, independently running upward of six teams domestically, and many more internationally, supervising campaigns from China to Argentina. Along the way he has helped the agency grow from startup to established player.
Haydn has two children with his Italian wife, and the languages spoken at home are English, Italian, and French.
Haydn has a weakness for classic cars. As a teenager he drove a convertible Triumph Spitfire, which lived up to its name all too often. Over the years he owned three more troublesome convertibles- all Alfa Romeos- and once fell for a 1986 Bentley Continental because “it had the most beautiful door handles”. He has also had bank-breaking love affairs with an Aston Martin and a Ferrari Mondial. Haydn is currently questioning why he bought the 1972 orange Vespa that sits in his New York apartment.
